Position Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies that expand our customer base and solidify our position as a leader in digital advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the team to create and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring mutual value for both the company and the client.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, and account management) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years + experience in a sales role at a advertising agency or direct client’s
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, programmatic advertising, and content marketing.
- Strong relationships across various media agency
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
